Honey Grilled Pork Chops
I don't know about you, but I love to grill. Yes, I taught myself how to grill because I like to have dinner on the table for when my husband gets home from work. (I know, I know..."best wife ever" as my husband would say)
Anyway, I received this amazing recipe at my bridal shower for Honey Grilled Pork chops. Let me just say, they are to die for. I have also tried this recipe with chicken on my George Forman, but it is no comparison to the Pork chops....on the grill!
Honey Grilled Pork Chops
The marinade:
1-2 lbs Porkchops
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic (1/2 tsp of fresh garlic that you buy in a jar)
Combine above and pour over pork chops and marinade for 3 hours or more.
The sauce:
2 T. brown sugar
3 T. honey
2 tsp. oil
Cook above over low heat until dissolved.
Place pork chops on grill and let cook on one side. Once flipped, brush the honey mixture on the pork chops. Brush mixture again once fully cooked. Enjoy!
I had 4 huge pork chops so I doubled this recipe. This is oh so delicious. The honey mixture caramelizes onto the pork chops!!!! I served my pork chop with rolls & corn ;)
