Here is one of those easy recipe's to fix when you don't feel like messing up the kitchen!!
Ham & Cheese Casserole
3 cups of macaroni noodles
2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
2 cups cheese, grated (I use sharp cheddar and a little bit of motz)
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 c. slided mushrooms, fresh or canned (optional** I do not use mushrooms when I make it)
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain well. Combine ham, cheese, and mushrooms*. Alternate layers of noodles, ham, mushrooms*, and cheese in greased 9x13 dish. Dilute soup with water; pour over layers in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. EASY CHEESY!
